Marketing and advertising, multiple listing services, pre sale preparation consultations, photography, internet exposure, staging, floor-plans, videography, timing and presentation, inspections, pre-market exposure, agent outreach, copy, open houses, pricing, and many more details will all make up the difference between a mediocre and a lucrative sale.
